Judith Nelson started work as a physiotherapist before moving into broadcasting as a presenter/journalist, and property development. As a physio, her expertise lay in the treatment of pain and stress, and anxiety management. Working in these areas convinced her that relaxation and meditation are fundamental to a healthier and happier life. Judith has been using meditative practices for over 25 years to improve all aspects of her life, including challenging careers and roles. She now teaches meditative techniques in institutions, businesses, and government bodies. She is a director of two charities and works globally to implement good practice policies and procedures for volunteers.
