Chair of the Spirit of Humanity Forum and Brahma Kumaris in Iceland and Norway. Founder of Heillastjarna (Lucky Star), an initiative dedicated to providing materials and courses supporting meditation practices for Iceland’s children, parents, and teachers. Former Deputy Headmaster at the Reykjavik College of Music and former member of the Icelandic Symphony Orchestra. She is deeply committed to exploring how spirituality can be integrated into various sectors of society, including politics, business, media, and education, to foster the consciousness necessary to navigate the complexities of our present times.
