True happiness in my heart gives a subtle support to everyone in my connection automatically. Simply giving by being. To maintain the happiness in my heart I have to protect it from a certain kind of question marks. “Why is this one like this? Why did that one say that?” Or “It should not be like this, it should be like that. Why is it like this?” Creating a queue of these kind of doubtful, critical questions becomes a creation I then have to sustain and give time and energy to. When I remove the critical questions from my heart I remove the blockages from seeing goodness and feeling the faith which brings up my natural inner happiness of my heart. True happiness is not a luxury or something superficial, it is the life elixir of the soul which ignites hope and creates faith in both myself and others and help me find solutions.
