Lotta is coming from an artistic background in illustration and painting. She is co-ordinating the Brahma Kumaris activities in Sweden with a team of meditators since 1988. She is the Secretary of the Spirit of Humanity Forum, where she also leads the Fridays for Silence meditation sessions to foster inner peace and collective wellbeing. Her holistic approach combines artistic expression, meditation, and psychological insight to support individuals’ journeys toward personal growth and transformation.
