Stefanía Ólafsdóttir is the Chair of the Spirit of Humanity Forum and the Brahma Kumaris in Iceland and Norway. She founded Heillastjarna (Lucky Star), an initiative dedicated to developing meditation courses for children, aiming to cultivate inner peace and mindfulness from a young age. Stefanía teaches meditation at Lótushúsið in Iceland, emphasising the integration of spiritual development into daily life. As Chair of the Spirit of Humanity Forum, she is committed to promoting holistic leadership and creating spaces for dialogue that bridge spirituality and societal transformation.
