My work lives in that in-between space: the subtle field where inner awareness meets collective transformation. As a community weaver, facilitator, and PhD researcher at the Research Institute for Sustainability in Potsdam, I explore how inner shifts – values, mindsets, reflexivity – can synchronize with outer change in sustainability transitions and collaboration. My research and practice move through the often invisible work of facilitation: designing processes, sensing group dynamics, navigating power, and cultivating trust so collaboration can unfold. Through transdisciplinary research, communities of practice, and hosting the Flow Game, I create spaces for exploring ourselves, our embeddedness, and our agency within transformation processes.
