We are doing something we have never done before since the Forum’s start: dedicating an entire day to immersive Living Laboratories - created in response to a long-standing call from participants to meet as peers, go deeper together, and explore what real systems change can look and feel like in practice. While many approaches to transformation focus on fixing external structures, the Laboratories are grounded in a deeper understanding: our systems are shaped by human consciousness — by our beliefs, values, and ways of being. If we want healthier systems, we must also nurture healthier states of mind and heart. Each Laboratory will focus on one vital domain of society: Governance & Leadership Health & Well-being Education Environment & Food Systems Economy & Work Creative Arts These are not traditional panels or problem-solving workshops. They are protected spaces for inquiry, reflection, and co-creation. Guided by the Forum’s three foundational pillars — Silence, Listening, and Dialogue — we will: Pause and reconnect to inner stillness Explore the deeper patterns, “wounds", and root causes shaping today’s systems — with compassion. Explore how these patterns also live within ourselves Co-imagine what healthy, life-affirming systems could look like Identify seeds of the future already emerging in every system This is a liminal moment in history — a time when old systems are losing coherence and new ones are not yet fully formed. The Living Laboratories invite us to consciously inhabit this in-between space. Rather than producing fixed solutions, we will cultivate prototypes, questions, and new ways of seeing that can continue evolving beyond the Forum. At the end of the day, all participants will gather to share insights across the different Laboratories — weaving together perspectives and nurturing the seeds of a more compassionate, regenerative, and human-centered future. You are invited to come not only as a thinker or professional, but as a whole human being — ready to listen deeply, imagine boldly, and contribute to the emergence of new possibilities. To help hold these spaces with care and depth, each Laboratory will be guided by a dedicated host team. We are delighted to introduce the teams which will help holding the space for the different Living Laboratories: Governance & Leadership Allan-Charles Chipman Executive Director, Initiatives of Change, USA Prof Mike Hardy Professor and Chair of Intercultural Relations, Coventry University Linda Leogah Forkwa African Union scholar passionate about gender peace and security, peace-building, and transformative leadership Health & Wellbeing Dr Kristín Sigurðardóttir Emergency Medicine Physician, Advocate of Health Promotion Farida Amiri Peace & Conflict Resolution Specialist, Gender & Community Engagement Expert Hannah Tyers Founder of Soulful Co Limited, a holistic, cross-generational support framework Ellie Todd Trauma-informed Holosomatic breathwork practitioner Dr Sarah Eagger Consultant Psychiatrist, Mindful Self-Compassion teacher Dr Susan Prescott Pediatrician, immunologist, artist, and author Education Svandís Egilsdóttir District Head of Primary Education Priscila Fisher Expert in Ecological Transition, Journalist & International Speaker Wendy Ellyatt Writer, speaker, consultant Co-creating Regenerative Cultures Richard Dunne Founder and Director of Education at The Harmony Project Environment & Food Systems Isadora Canela Co-founder of WEBS NGO, Expert in decolonial approaches for art, education and sustainability Tim Lüschen Sustainability Transformation Catalyst, Curator of the Nature of Cities Festival Laura Formentini Honorary Ambassador The Garden of Peace for Children’s and Animal Rights Valerie Voggenreiter Community weaver, facilitator, PhD researcher at the Research Institute for Sustainability, Potsdam Dr Thomas Legrand Author of Politics of Being, Lead of UNDP Conscious Food Systems Alliance Economy & Work Calvin Niles Author and facilitator known as The Mindful Storyteller Heidi Sparkes Guber Founding Partner, Fourth Quadrant Partners Grant Storry Systems thinker, regenerative technologist, and philosophical entrepreneur Dr Jude Currivan Cosmologist, Author & Co-Founder, WholeWorld-View Creative Arts Mimi Hapiq Co-founder & Chairperson, Habibi.Works AMKE Halldóra Geirharðsdóttir Actress & Theatre Director Lucia Sicius Global Program Manager, PeaceJam Foundation Isabelle Wachsmuth Expert in multi-sectoral institutional and human capacity building Maruee Pahuja Expressive Arts Consultant, Visual Artist, Eye-Care Practitioner
